Passage—a word that signifies movement, transition, and the journey from one place to another. That’s precisely why our Waterski resort was given this name. In waterskiing, you glide from left to right, completing each pass, embodying the essence of motion and flow.

Ioanna Kypriou
Ioanna is a certified Nutrition Health Coach who embraces a holistic approach to well-being, integrating health's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions. She believes that true nourishment extends beyond food, guiding individuals to cultivate flexibility, mindfulness, and self-awareness in their relationship with eating. Rather than imposing rigid rules, she helps her clients develop a sustainable and intuitive way of eating, one that adapts to their evolving lifestyles and honors their unique needs. Her methodology is rooted in four fundamental pillars—nutrition education, psychology, physical activity, and behavioral change—offering a comprehensive framework for long-term well-being.
Inspired by her own transformative journey, she developed a deep passion for understanding the human psyche and facilitating lasting change. After completing her studies in Italy, she began coaching, helping others achieve a harmonious balance between body and mind. Through her retreats, she provides a space for growth, connection, and self-discovery, empowering participants to embrace a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Jojo Yang
With over a decade of experience in yoga and movement, Jojo is a dedicated teacher committed to guiding individuals toward greater connection with their bodies. Before relocating to Athens in 2021, she spent years in Southeast Asia, where she founded two yoga studios and led numerous retreats across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
While Vinyasa remains her first love, Jojo is also extensively trained in Yin Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, Myofascial Release, and Somatics. Drawing from a diverse range of disciplines—including Pilates, functional movement, and strength training—her approach offers a well-rounded exploration of the human body and mind.
Above all, Jojo’s classes provide a welcoming and supportive space for self-exploration, encouraging students to meet themselves exactly as they are, with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

One single bed in a Twin Garden Suite or one double bed to share if you are retreating with a loved one, in any room.

The Private Option
One King-size bed just for yourself. Any of the suites or cottages are available on private occupancy.

Your payment secures your spot and is fully refundable until March 15, 2025.
